We have a range of courses on offer to help you prepare for further training or employment. We have excellent realistic working environments for you to gain first hand experience, including a Bistro and Restaurant which are open to the public, as well as students and staff.

Our friendly team of lecturers will be on hand to guide and support you, and who bring a wealth of expert knowledge from the industry.

You may also get the opportunity to travel abroad as part of a three week study programme.
